When we started the restaurant we wanted to have the best icecream in the whole region. It took some time before we had it, but now we are ready to compete with every lunchroom or icecream parlor in the Algarve. Because we couldn't find all the flavors that we wanted, we even make a few of them ourselves. Which ones? Come and taste for yourself, you will find out.

To complete the sorbets we made our own fresh fruitsauces. You can take strawberry, cherry or raspberry SAUCE on your icecream. Whaaaaooowww! to finish it up ask for some real whipped cream of excellent quality and....... "you're in HEAVEN" as one of our customers put it. !

When you look at the pancakes page, you will see that we use the same high quality icecream on our pancakes, together with the fruit sauce it makes a winning combination.
