There are not many different salads on our menu, but the ones we have are of excellent taste. Some of the comments our guests gave us, were: "Whow, I am from London and I've travelled around a lot. But I have te be honest and tell you this is the best salad I EVER had!" Or what about this remark: "I don't know who invented this salad, but he or she deserves a medal."
Regular customers know that we change the surprise salad many times. Many of them just ask for it without wanting to know what it is...... talk about confidence!

- Tuna Salad or "Head-Under-Wather" :
Various kinds of lettuce, tuna, onions, corn, pine tree nuts, anchovies, tomatoes, egg, cucumber, pickles ,capers
- Goat Cheese Salad or "Mèèè....Ride-The-Goat":
Various kinds of lettuce, warm goat cheese, fried bacon, cashew nuts, dried tomatoes, honey-mustard dressing
- Surprise Salad or "Do-You-Wonder?":
Well, of course we’re not telling you what this is, otherwise there would be no surprise, now would it?
Besides, this salad changes regularly…. But you can always ask the waiter…..(perháps he/she will tell you)
    ................. CURIOUS FOR THE SURPRISE SALAD ? ...................- some examples: Honey-Melon Salad, Ceasar Salad, Extra Fresh Fruit Salad, Mozarella Salad, etc.
iT IS POSSIBLE TO SERVE THE SALAD WITH BREAD WITH OR WITHOUT SPECIAL HERB BUTTER (after Witch Gretel's grandma's recipe).
Almost all of our salads are good for vegetarians. To be shure, always ask in advance.

Special Events: Sunday 18th. MARCH 2012 = LIVE MUSIC !!!
On Sunday 18th. MARCH 2012 we will continue with our famous "LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON LIVE MUSIC". After the great success of last March we want to organise it EVERY 3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. So Margareth and Erik will be performing as "MUSIC 2 YOU". Those of you who have been on one of these afternoons before, know that there will be live music performed by the owners themselves on the outside terrace, while you can enjoy a drink, nice food and the cosy and friendly atmosphere. You can take your friends or relatives and spend a nice afternoon. It´s fun, you can make a dance and of course FREE entrance! But free reservations are strongly advised, because last month we were completely booked! The LIVE MUSIC starts at 13.30 and ends at 17.30.
