How to Find Hansel & Gretel and Barragem da Bravura
Route to Restaurant / Terrace Hansel & Gretel:
Drive on highway A22 in western direction (follow Lagos) and take exit 3 Odiaxere / Mexilhoeira / Autodromo.
(Coming from west = ignore this one!) Coming from east: turn Left on roundabout (3/4) into Mexilhoeira / Odiaxere / Lagos.
Roundabout straight ahead.
Next roundabout turn right on the N125 into the direction of Odiaxere and Lagos.
After 2300 meters in the middle of the village of Odiaxere (at the 3rd pedestrian-crossing lights) go right following the signs "Barragem da Bravura"
Drive out of the village of Odiaxere (which is only 400 meters) and follow the road with the bend to the left (follow sign "barragem").
Stay on this EN 125-9 for 8 kilometers (go straight ahead and keep following the signs "Barragem"). Don't turn of.
The end of the road is the Parking of the Reservoir and of Restaurant Hansel & Gretel.

Alternative Route to Restaurant / Terrace Hansel & Gretel:
Drive on highway A22 in western direction and take the last exit 0 Bensafrim. Or coming from Aljezur on the N120
On the Roundabout turn Right (1/4).
Drive through the village of Bensafrim and into the direction of Lagos, follow main road.
About 1 km outside of Bensafrim you turn Left following the big brown signs "Barragem da Bravura" (EN535).
At T-junction turn Left following the sign "barragem" (EN125-9).
At W-junction keep straight ahead (sign "barragem").
Stay on this road EN 125-9 for 3 kilometers.
End of the road is the Parking of the Reservoir and of the Restaurant Hansel & Gretel.

On Sunday 27th. MAY 2012 we will continue with our famous "LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON LIVE MUSIC". After the great success of last March we want to organise it EVERY 3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. So Margareth and Erik will be performing as "MUSIC 2 YOU". Those of you who have been on one of these afternoons before, know that there will be live music performed by the owners themselves on the outside terrace, while you can enjoy a drink, nice food and the cosy and friendly atmosphere. You can take your friends or relatives and spend a nice afternoon. It´s fun, you can make a dance and of course FREE entrance!
